Whats Included:
Prices include linen & towels. An adequate amount of logs and kindling, for flat 2 are provided free of charge. If more are required a small charge will be added on to the final bill. Up to £30 electricity & gas is also included. Further energy consumption will be charged by the unit, based on meter readings.

Weekly check in - check out days are flexible but usually run from Friday to Friday.
Short Breaks:
Short breaks are subject to availability. Check in - check out days are flexible but are usually from Friday to Monday (3 nights) and Monday to Friday (4 nights).
Short breaks and flexible bookings may be made in advance at any time, excluding Easter, Christmas, New Year and October holiday weeks, when bookings are available from Friday - Friday for 7 nights

This large and luxurious three bed roomed flat has two levels. The upper level has a fully fitted Kitchen, Dining Room and Lounge. Also, on this level there is a Double ensuite bedroom.
The lower level has one Double ensuite bedroom and a Twin room, which can be adapted into a single or double. There is also a Bathroom on this level.
The Lounge features a sumptuous sofa bed, log burning stove and 42" LCD TV. Another large luxurious couch to curl up in ensures there is ample seating for everyone.
This flat has full central heating throughout, its own gable end entrance, access to the back garden and patio area equipped with chiminea and patio furniture.
